Scholarship Overview

The Edwards family scholarship fund was created in 2004 with the goal of providing financial support to family members pursuing a post high school education at an accredited college, university, community college, or trade school.  This application applies to students entering college and students currently enrolled in an accredited college.

Requirements to Apply:

  1. Be a high school graduating senior planning to attend college in the 2021-2022 academic year;

  2. Be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university or trade school for the 2020-2021 year;;

  3. Have a minimum 2.5 GPA

  4. Have a financial need;

  5. Demonstrate community involvement

To apply, submit the following online BEFORE Wednesday, May 22, 2021:

  1. Scholarship Application Form (See  link above to the online application)

  2. Transcripts  (scanned PDF of  the  applicant's transcript must be  submitted with the online application in items 1)

  3. Academic Recommendation  (teacher, professor, counselor or principal) - reference must use the link above to online form

  4. Personal Recommendation (non-family member) - reference must use the link above to online form

  5. Headshot photo of the applicant is required for publication to family website and newsletter.

  6. All scholarship winners will be required  to provide proof of their enrollment in a college or university for the 2021-2022 school year.
